What To Do

• Design A Seamless Shopping Experience And Write Consistent UX Across All Store Platforms.
• Participate In The Development Of Wayfair's New CMS, Block Builder, Guaranteeing A Flexible And Intuitive User Experience. Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Including UX Analysis, Systems, Accessibility, And Platforms, To Create A Comprehensive Digital Strategy.
• Create Content Templates For Developers. Create A Content Matrix For Consistent Messaging Across Platforms
• Manages And Directs A Team Of UX Writers, Ensuring Top-Down Strategic Planning Is Prioritized In Line With Organizational Goals.
• Participate In Project Cycle By Cycle, Maintaining Alignment With Company Technology And Business Objectives. Act As A Consultant, Guiding Small Team Members Through Projects, Helping To Shape The Nature Of The Project, Set Expectations And Ensure Delivery.
• Travels Occasionally (≪10%) To Team Meetings And Events To Communicate With Team Members And All Team Members.

What You Will Need

• Benefits Include 4+ Years Of Experience In UX Writing, Copywriting, Technical Writing, Or Related Fields And 2-3 Years Of People Management Experience.
