 What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Finance, Or Related Field Is Required.
  • At Least 3 Years Of Technical Experience/Knowledge In An Aerospace, Aviation, Or MRO Industry Specific To Delta's Technical Workforce Is Required.
  • Demonstrated Experience In Customer Service And Developing Interpersonal Relationships Is Required. Demonstrated Experience In Budget Planning And Execution Is Essential.
