•  Own Product Strategy, Development, And Methodology To Support The Platform Engineering Team Within Wayfair's Overall Technology Development Goals.
• We Work With Industry Players Including Storefront, Martech, Global Product Tech, Value Tech, And A Group Of Infrastructure, Platform, And Machine Learning Partners To Understand Their businesses and Collaboratively Develop Solutions That Deliver Significant Business Value. Collaborate With Team Members To Complete Your Roadmap Using Agile Methods.
•  Communicate And Support Product Sales And Progress Across Wayfair, Including Key Partners And Technology Leaders. Create And Monitor OKRs for Key Products And Align With Stakeholder Goals.
•  Collaborate With Management To Improve Technology Products And Processes Across Functional Groups.

The Things You Want

• 3+ Years Of Experience In Software Product Development Or Large-Scale Development, Ideally Across Multiple Platforms Or Operations, With Measurable Impact.
• 3+ Years Of Experience Developing Large-Scale Projects From Concept To Launch And Beyond
• Ability To Participate In Critical Decisions And Communicate Effectively With Partners Such As Engineering. E
• Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management At the Senior Associate Level.
