We Are Looking For An Experienced Software Engineering Manager To Lead This Team.

 In This Role, You:

• Collaborate With Agile Teams To Support Solution Development Across Multiple Products Or Departments.
• Work With Product Managers And Senior Engineers On The CLAR Application For Data Management, Including Monitoring, And Management Of Data Quality Issues Identified Within The Framework.
• Mentor And Coach Application Partners To Prepare And Integrate Application ETL Processes For Data Management By Calling Framework REST Apis.
• Collaborate Within And Across Agile Teams To Test, Implement, And Support Solutions In The Data Management Integration Process. Collaborate With Product Managers To Promote Business.
• Ensure Compliance And Risk Management Are Implemented For The Support Area. Develop Best Practices, Guidelines, Standards, And Engineering Accelerators.
• Write Designs And Present Them To Senior Management. Effectively Leverage The Matrix Organization By Building Partnerships Across Functional Areas And Possess Effective Execution And Delivery, Relationship Management And Technical Skills.
• Collaborate With The Team On Project Planning, Requirements Analysis, Implementation And Testing Coordination. We Work Closely With Our Business Partners To Review And Resolve All Issues And Inquiries.
• We Work With National And International Resources Of Full-Time Developers, Contractors And Consultants.

 Eligibility Criteria:

• At Least 4 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, Or Equivalent, Demonstrated By One Or A Combination Of Experience, Work, Training, Military Experience And Education.
• 4+ Years Of Experience In A Big Data And Analytics Environment.
• At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Agile Technology Environment. More Than 2 Years Of Software Development Projects.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Science Or Technology
• More Than 4 Years Of Design And Operation.
• 4+ Years Of Experience In A Big Data And Analytics Environment
• At Least 4 Years Of Experience Working With Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) Such As SQL Server, Oracle Or Mysql.
• Big Data Or Hadoop Tools Are A Plus. Experience Using Shell Scripts, Python, Or Other Scripting Tools.
• Experience With Data Warehouse/Data Mart And ETL Processing. Experience Using REST Apis.
• 4+ Years Of Experience With Modern Software Engineering Technologies And Tools
• Knowledge Of Financial Markets Is A Plus.
• Good Verbal, Written And Personal Communication Skills.
• Excellent Problem-Solving And Problem-Solving Skills.
• Ability To Work Effectively In A Virtual Environment With Key Members And Partners At Different Times And Locations.
• Strong Analytical Skills With A Passion For Detail And Accuracy.
