Responsibilities:

Assists In Guiding Small Teams Of Two To Three Engineers, Including Offshore Partners, On Assigned Engineering Projects By Providing Relevant Documents, Instructions, Examples, And Timelines. Provides Business Support By Responding To User Questions, Concerns, And Issues (e.g. Technical Feasibility, Implementation Strategy); researches and identifies needed Solutions; identifies implementation Proposals; guides The Implications Of New And Improved Systems; identifies short-term And Long-Term Solutions; And Directing Users To Appropriate Contacts For Issues Outside The Partner's Domain. Manages Small To Large Complex Projects By Reviewing Project Requirements; Converting Requirements Into Technical Solutions; exploring and identifying alternative Solutions; Determining The Desired Solution Based On Return On Investment And Added Value To The Business; Gathering Required Information (E.G. Design Documentation, Product Requirements, Wireframe); Code Writing And Development; Perform Unit Testing; Communicate Status And Issues To Team Members And Stakeholders; Collaboration With The Project Team And Cross-Functional Teams; Identify Areas Of Opportunity; Interpret Information And Identify Solutions; Ensure That The Solution Is Sustainable Throughout Its Implementation And Use; Resolving Open Issues And Fixing Bugs; And Ensuring Timely Delivery And Handover.

• Troubleshoot Business And Production Issues By Gathering Information (Eg Problem, Impact, Criticism, Possible Cause); Perform A Root Cause Analysis To Mitigate Future Problems; Join Support Teams To Resolve Issues; Solution Development; direct the Development Of The Action Plan; Carry Out The Actions Specified In The Plan; Interpretation Of Results To Inform Further Action; And Completing The Online Documentation.
• Participates In The Discovery Phase Of Small To Mid-Sized Projects To Develop High-Level Design In Collaboration With Product Management, Project Management, Business And User Teams.

Minimum Required Education And Experience:

• Master's Degree Or Equivalent In Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Or Related Field.
