This Position Contributes To Starbucks' Success By Being The First Point Of Contact Within The Service Desk For End-Customer And Retailer Business Issues. Respond To Daily Hardware/Software Issues And/Or Inquiries From Stores, Regional Offices And Global Bakery Plants.
This Role Will Be Remote And You Will Be Available Tuesday - Saturday 3:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. (PST).
As A Service Representative, Bilingual English/French, You Will Be Able To:
- Provide Assistance And Support For Inquiries And Issues Related To Computer Systems, Software And Hardware.
- Document Customer Issues, Troubleshooting Steps, Solutions, And Escalation Methods Using Team Tools And Resources.
- Monitor Attendance And Follow Up On Schedule And Calendar By The “Starbucks Attendance Standards For Contact And Service Centers”.
- Perform Level 1 Troubleshooting Of Hardware/Software Devices, Answer Questions And Provide Solutions.
- Identify And Escalate Issues That Need To Be Resolved By Incident Management And Office Management.

- Experience In A Call Center Or Customer Support Environment To Help Resolve Various Hardware And Software Issues.
- Experience Using The Knowledge Base And Ticketing System.
- Experience Using A POS Point Of Sale System.
- Knowledge Of Various Hardware And Software With Some Experience.
- Someone Who Can Communicate Clearly And Concisely, Both Verbally And In Writing.
- Ability To Perform Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
- Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
