What To Do

Working As Part Of Our Team, You Will Use Your Skills In Project Management, Communication, Problem Solving, Team Management And Analysis. You Will Work With Operational Partners To Identify Near-Term Progress For The Supplier While Addressing Process Gaps Or Inefficiencies To Improve The Supplier's Future Experience. Work At Wayfair. This Provides An Exciting Opportunity Not Only To Create An Impact Across The Business But Also To Maintain The Necessary Process Changes And Technological Developments.

Some Of Your Main Areas Of Work Are:

  • Work Directly With A Portfolio Of Leading Vendors To Understand Support Issues. Develop And Develop Strategies To Solve These Problems That Are Done Together With The Help Of The Working Group.
  • Explore Different Levels And Departments Within Wayfair To Connect With The Right Team To Work On Seller Cases And Find Causes And Resolutions.
  • Present And Communicate Relevant Information And Learning Among Stakeholders To Create A Comprehensive Understanding Of Supplier Concerns.
  • Manage Your Relationships With Portfolio Supplier Departments And Supplier Relationship Managers On Behalf Of The Group. Develop Positive And Productive Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Act As An Advocate For Your Suppliers Within Wayfair.
  • Work Effectively To Identify Emerging Support Issues And Resolve Them Without Vendor Assistance.

What You Will Need

  • At Least 1.5 Years Of Experience In E-Commerce, Project Management, Case Management Or Support Services.
  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication With External And Internal Stakeholders At Various Levels, Including Communication And Management.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving Skills To Share And Identify The Root Causes Of Problems Affecting Partners Working To Implement Solutions.
  • A Track Record Of Overcoming Challenges And Achieving Success Despite Obstacles And Financial Constraints.
  • A Positive Attitude, Capable Of Doing A Lot Of Planning In A Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Strong Work Ethic, Motivated, Self-Starter And Highly Organized.
