What To Do

• Administrator 1 Will Be Responsible For Checking In And Out Of Trucks, Overseeing Vehicles Entering And Leaving The Building, Monitoring The Site, Updating Critical Documents, Creating Reports, And Communicating With The Team Separately.
• Physically Record The Entry And Exit Of All Trailers Entering/Exiting The Site In The Trailers Log.
• The Record Includes the Trailer Number, License Plate, Trailer Status (Full Or Empty), Tractor Number, Load Number, Date, And Time.
• Track All Incoming And Outgoing Trailers On A Log Sheet.
• Import And/Or Ship Cargo Into Warehouse, Transportation And Yard Management Systems.
• Perform Daily Site Audits And Integrate Site Audits With Site Inventory.
• Organize And Coordinate The Movement Of Trailers In The Yard For Mixers, Port Managers And Tour Operators.
• Direct Drivers To Appropriate Locations In The Yard For Drop-Off And Trailer Pickup.
• Ensure All Required Paperwork, Records And Documents Are Completed.
• Maintain A Clean And Tidy Work Environment At All Times.

 What You Will Need

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
• Experience In Operations And/Or Warehouse And Order Fulfillment.
• Ability To Work All Shifts And Work Hours As Required.
• Proficient Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) And Other Organization/Planning Tasks
• Strong Attention To Detail, Time Management, Organizational, Written And Communication Skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Ability To Prioritize And Multitask
• Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Communicate Well In English (Oral And Written).
• Ability To Use A Computer Keyboard, Computer Monitor, Telephone Headset, And Telephone System. Regular Attendance And Reliability Are Important functions of This Position.
• Ability To Stand/Walk For Up To 10 Hours. Ability To Perform All Of the above-mentioned duties With Or Without Residence.
