In This Role, You:
- Lead Moderately Complex Initiatives And Deliverables In Technical Domain Environments
- Contribute To Large-Scale Strategy Planning
- Design, Code, Test, Debug, And Document Projects And Programs Associated With The Technology Domain, Including Upgrades And Deployments.
- Examine Moderately Complex Technical Challenges That Require In-Depth Evaluation Of Technologies And Procedures
- Resolve Moderately Complex Issues And Lead A Team To Meet The Needs Of Existing Customers Or The Needs Of Potential New Customers While Leveraging A Solid Understanding Of The Function, Policies, Procedures, Or Compliance Requirements.
- Collaborate And Consult With Peers, Colleagues, And Mid-Level Managers To Resolve Technical Challenges And Achieve Objectives.
- Lead Projects And Act As An Escalation Point, Providing Advice And Guidance To Less Experienced Staff
Mandatory Skills:
- Basic Skills – 1 - 4 Years Web Application Development Java/J2EE, Spring (Core, MVC, AOP, Batch), Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.), Kafka (Streaming Technologies), Integration Technologies, Cloud Technologies (AWS/PCF), Microservices &Amp; Knowledge On Oracle, MongoDB Database. Strong In OOAD, Multithreaded Application Development, Web Application Design And Implementation, Design Architecture
- Experience In Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) And Domain Driven Development (DDD).
- Hands-On Experience Using BDD Testing Methods (Cucumber, Karate, Etc.)
- Product Knowledge And Design - Experience In Product Development In Large Scale Companies (Preferably Design/Build Large Customer-Facing Companies)
- Experience In Private Banking Or Any Complex Centralized Application
- API Driven Development - Experience Working With Remote Data Using SOAP, REST And JSON. Experience With Best Practices For Performance Optimization, Scalability, Security, And Application Resilience.
- Practical Experience In Advanced Integrated Functionality Using Agile Methodologies (SCRUM) Preferably Using JIRA Tools.
- Unit Testing (Junit Preferred)/ TDD - Scripting &Amp; Test Automation, Continuous Integration And Deployment (Jenkins)
- Good Business Communication Skills In English

- Certification In Google/Azure Cloud, AWS Associate Level / Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) Developer, Container And Kubernetes Experience. Experience In Payroll Processing/Check Processing
