In This Activity, You Will:

• Support Customer Success And Find Ways To Improve Complex Customer Questions Or Issues About Financial Products And Services Through Various Channels Such As Phone, Text, Chat, Video Chat And Other Lines Of Communication.
• Perform Regular Duties Such As Answering Questions, Solving Problems, And Providing The Best Customer Experience While Adhering To Standards, Policies, And Work Standards.
• Receive Regular Instructions From Management, Escalate Questions, And Send More Difficult Issues To Employees
• Conduct Research To Resolve Moderately Complex Customer Issues, Including Communicating With Other Departments For Resolution.

• Be In Charge Of Training New And Less Experienced Employees

Required Qualifications, United States:

6+ Months Of Experience Analyzing And Meeting Customer Needs Or Solving Customer Problems, Or Equivalent To One Or A Combination Of The Following: Work Experience, Training, Military Experience, and Education.
