You Will Be Responsible For All Video, Audio, Lighting, Networking And Communication Production Processes Before, During And After The Event, Both Remote And On-Site. • Design Floor Plans And Audio-Visual Event Planning For Off-Site And Multi-Space Events - Create Technical Drawings. Review, Manage, And Submit AV Rental Payments And Labor/Staff Invoices For Large Events
• Be A Thought Partner And Leader For Applicants Who Need Technical Skills To Direct The Audio-Visual Part Of Their Program Throughout Their Life (Including Production)
• Ability To Learn And Implement New Technologies, Resulting In Better Results.
• Ensure Adequate Communication Is Maintained With Internal And External Partner Groups.
• Assist In Maintaining Accurate And Up-To-Date Technical Documentation (e.g., Materials, Presentations, Production Processes, Etc.)
• Create And Maintain AV Engineering Documentation And Standard Operating Procedures
• User Status Can Be Accessed If Possible/Necessary (Eg V1, A1, LD, Show Caller)
• Responsible For Managing Stakeholders And Pre-Production Program Needs.
• Monitor, Analyze, And Troubleshoot Video, Cameras, Digital Converters, Drivers, Digital Video Servers, Character Generators, Automation, And Digital Channels. Participate In Video Research And Project Development Projects In Collaboration With Other Working Groups
• Meet Deadlines And Provide The Necessary Resources For The Completion Of Major Events And Productions
• Ability To Effectively Translate Partner And Applicant Into Technical Guidance For Staff And Crew.

 Recommended Experience

• Experience Audiovisual Arts In Hotels, Conference/Meeting Venues, Theaters, Concert Halls, Houses Of Worship, Festivals And Other Large Scale Audiovisual Productions.
• Experience Designing And Building Scalable AV Solutions Around The World To Support Hybrid And Broadcast Events
• Experience In Managing And Leading Vendors, Partners, Technical Teams, And Organizational Teams For Event Execution; And Planning And Organization Of Media And Event Production Spaces
• Ability To Work Within Plans/Budgets During The Project's Life Cycle Or For Scheduling And Escalation.
• Familiarity With Vectorworks, Autocad, Sketchup, And Similar Tools For Project Management And Design.
