Safety Is Target's Number One Priority, And You Will Work Closely With Airlines To Ensure They Meet All Safety Expectations And Maintain A Safe Workplace For All Passengers Boarding Target Water, By Identifying Any Unsafe Practices And Working To Correct Them Immediately. You Will Drive Target Vehicles To Perform Yard Inspection Procedures, Which May Include Travel To On-Site Storage Facilities Depending On The Location Of The Equipment. You Will Find That The Yard Maintenance Schedule Has Been Updated To Reflect The Current Status Of All Trailers. You Will Also Find That All Trailers Are Approved According To Current Best Practices. You Will Be Expected To Communicate Closely With All DC Executives Regarding Trailer Needs, Motion, And Progress. You Will Monitor The Release Of Trailers To Ensure That The Trailers Meets Their Delivery To The Store And Will Be Responsible For The Accountability Of All Target Equipment. This Includes Directing The Trailer And Ensuring Equipment Is Available For Preventive Maintenance Checks. In Addition, You Will Work With First Mile Transportation To Monitor The Trailer Pool And Cargo Speed, Ensuring Our Fleet Remains Within Reach And Safe. About You:

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent
• Possession Or Ability To Obtain A Valid Driver's License
• Must Be At Least 18 Years Of Age Or Older
