Description

The Primary Role Of The Senior Contract Analyst Is To Ensure That The Objectives Surrounding The Contract Negotiation Process Are Reflected In The Final Document. The Senior Contract Analyst Will Work Closely With The Zinc Trade Team As Well As Pharmaceutical Manufacturers And Wholesalers On Rebate Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements And Contractual Agreements. This includes Contract Generation, Correction, Monitoring, And Preparation Of Contract Documents For Signature As Part Of Finalizing The Reimbursement Agreement Approved By Zinc Health Services.

These Contracts Will Reflect The Business Plan Of Zinc Health's Current Operations And Must Have The Approval Of All Business Units, Subject To Contract Review And Approval Process Sops And All Legal Requirements. The Role Suits Someone Who Has An Eye For Detail, Can Think Critically, And Demonstrates The Highest Integrity.

 Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 3 Years Of Contract Experience Required And Knowledge Of Preferred PBM Business/Operations
  • Experience In Literature Review

  • Prior Healthcare Purchasing Experience And Knowledge Of Contract Terms
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Word
