• The Analyst Will Distribute And Analyze Requests Coming In From Salespeople, In Sales And Other Departments In The Organization.
• Liaising With The Merchant's Reimbursement Department Regarding Reimbursement Requests For Individual And Family Plans.
• The Auditors In This Service Are Responsible For Many Tasks, Including But Not Limited To Customer Support, Data Analysis, Account Communication, Data Entry And Dispute Resolution, And Telephone Inquiries To Ensure That The Client's Payment Is Made. Regular Sales.
• In A Timely And Accurate Manner.
• The Analyst Will Be Responsible For Creating, Maintaining, And Leading A Team Across The Organization To Find Efficiencies And Processes To Ensure Accurate And Timely Compensation Payments.
• Comprehensive Data Analysis And Account Communication Monitoring Across Source Systems To Meet Various Customer Requests.
• Provide Customer Support And Facilitate Dispute Resolution For Complex Commission Payment Issues For Various Internal Partners And External Customers.
• Collect And Provide Timely Payment Information And Vendor Responses Via Text Requests Or Online 800 Calls.
• Professional 800 Line Answering Capability; Answer The Caller Clearly And Concisely And Handle Diverted Calls.
• Data Processing And Troubleshooting For Various Billable Questions, Including But Not Limited To Service Limits; Data Processing And Vendor/Strategy Support Relationships, Data Processing And Cost Sharing For Multiple Products And Aetna Platforms

Qualifications Required

• 3+ Years Of Customer Service/Dispute Resolution Experience
• Strong Communication, Organizational, And Leadership Skills
• Strong Verbal And Written Communication
• Expertise In MS Office Applications
• Experience With Navigation Systems Is Beneficial
