The Microsoft 365 Little and Medium Business (SMB) Designing group is searching for a client centered and information driven Head Client Experience Program Supervisor to assist us with conveying outstanding encounters for our Microsoft 365 little and medium business clients. As the supervisor of the Client Experience PM group, you will be liable for planning, carrying out, and estimating client driven programs that drive fulfillment, maintenance, and development. You will work intimately with cross-useful groups, including designing, promoting, deals, and backing, to distinguish client needs, problem areas, and open doors, and to convey arrangements that improve the incentive of Microsoft 365 for SMBs. You will be a thought-pioneer for the SMB group in understanding the cutthroat scene and industry drifts and solidifying those experiences into suggestions.

Obligations

• Deal with a group of Client Experience PMs to create and execute client experience programs that help characterize and advance the Microsoft 365 SMB methodology and vision.
• Direct client exploration and information examination to convey bits of knowledge on the most proficient method to further develop the SMB client experience with Microsoft items.
• Characterize and follow key execution pointers and achievement measurements for client experience programs.
• Team up with inner and outer partners to guarantee arrangement, coordination, and joining of client experience drives.

Capabilities

Required/Least Capabilities:

• Four year certification in Software engineering, Designing, Information Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in designing, item/specialized program the executives, information examination, or item advancement
