GCS U.S. The Large Enterprise Client Group Manages Strategic Business Relationships With Clients, Including Many Multinational Organizations. This Client Manager, U.S. Large Companies Were Responsible For Deepening Strategic Account Relationships And Increasing Corporate Payments Spend Across A Portfolio Of Approximately 10 Clients In The NY/NJ Area.
Role Of Responsibility:
- Act As A Payment Expert And Proactively Provide Policy Expertise, Benchmarking, And Recommendations To Optimize Programs, Reduce Costs, And Increase Efficiency For Clients.
- Identify Opportunities For Portfolio Growth And Provide A Plan To Achieve This, Liaise With Internal Resources To Support Expansion/Release Growth.
- Lead Proposal And Pricing Development For Customer Renewals And Expansions, Negotiate Customer Contracts And Manage Solution Implementation.
- Engage, Develop And Strongly Influence Drivers At Various Levels Within The Client Organization To Demonstrate American Express' Distinctive Value And Achieve Profitability Goals.

Qualifications:
