How Will You Act In This Role?
- Providing First Class Customer Service Through Inbound Call Service.
- Provide Our Premium Card Members With Unforgettable Travel Experiences By Assisting Them With New Bookings And Existing Travel Arrangements.
- Understand The Needs Of Our Customers Through Consultation And Provide Innovative And Unique Interaction Through Multi-Channel Services.
- Research, Plan, And Create Personalized Travel Experiences By Booking Domestic And International Flights, Cars, And/or Hotel. Communicate New And Existing Product Offers And Value Propositions Relevant To The Card member.
- Always Put The Card member Experience At The Forefront Of Everything You Do, Reinforcing The Membership First™ Approach and delivering Superior Service And Results That Are Central To The American Express Brand.
Minimum Qualifications
- Superior Customer Service Or Experience In Sales Roles In Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Cruises And Tours.
- Proven Ability To Provide Premium Customer Service, Preferably In A Call Center Or Other Similar Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.
- Basic Knowledge Of Geography With The Ability To Locate Continents, Countries, And Major Travel Destinations Around The World.
- A Positive Attitude And Outlook, Manifested By A Desire To Learn, Willingness To Try New Things, Resistance To Change And Optimism.
- A Natural Communicator Who Can Demonstrate Active Listening And Can Tailor The Conversation To The Cardholder's Situation And Communication Style.
- Computer Literate And Able To Navigate Multiple Computer Applications And Personal Devices, Easily Navigates PC And Basic MS Office.
- Ability To Succeed In A Results-Oriented Environment, With A Healthy Desire To Meet And Exceed Goals.
- You Must Have The Ability To Work Evenings And Weekends As We Serve Our Card Members 24 Hours A Day / 7 Days A Week.
