This Position Is Responsible For Leading Travel &Amp; Lifestyle Services Payments Operations Management, Including But Not Limited To Process Improvement Initiatives, Service Level Measurement, System Integration, Automation, And Other Business Partner Initiatives.

  • The Incumbent Must Lead A Team Of Process Analysts And Provide Regular Guidance, Support And Process Expertise.
  • The Incumbent Is Responsible For Completing Assigned Tasks Within Predetermined Deadlines, Speed And Quality

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Intensive Interaction With The Customer On A Case-By-Case Basis.
  • Necessary Problem Solving At Work.
  • The Problems Or Situations We Face Usually Have A Known/Standard Way Of Solving Them.
  • Functional Knowledge: Financial Reconciliation, Travel Knowledge, GDS, And Computer Knowledge.
  • Must Act As Expert And Contact Person For Escalations And Inquiries To Senior Management.
  • High Risk Impact.
  • Manages Different Types Of Transactions.

Other Important Factors:

  • Candidate Must Have Good Knowledge Of Tourism, GDS, And Financial Reconciliation. Knowledge Of Saber GDS, Oracle Back-Office System, And ADM Will Be An Advantage.
  • Candidate Is Required To Perform Financial And Accounting Reconciliation Of Air And Ground Transactions And Ensure Compliance With SLA.
  • Must Have A Solid Understanding Of The Travel Industry To Ensure Smooth Day-To-Day Operations.
  • The Candidate Must Be Result-Oriented And Able To Solve Market Issues.
  • Must Be A Self-Starter And Quick Learner With The Ability To Multi-Task.
  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead A Team Of 6-8 Resources Reporting Under Him.
