How Can You Make An Impact In This Role?

This Position Is Responsible For Providing Efficient And Timely Processing Of Merchant Requests Related To KYC And Bank Transfers/Maintenance/Creation Of New Accounts, Inquiries Find Payment And Stock Exchanges For Existing Merchants.

  • Manage External And Internal Contacts With Financial Institutions, Merchants And Internal Customers. · Provide Services And Support To Merchants, Processes, MS TSC, Banks, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, Courier, ESSU, CMS, Underwriting, Network Services Growth, Risk Management And Hospitality.
  • Research, Analyze, And Process Supplier Requests, From The Simplest To The Most Complex.
  • Review, Analyze, Understand, And Use Business And Legal Documents (E.G., Products, Business Licenses, Bank Statements, Corporate Contracts, IRS Documents, AMEX Rules And Regulations, Rules And Procedures, PAD Agreements, etc...). Critical Care Requests And KYC Requirements.
  • Complete Events On Time And Meet Deadlines For Sales Development.
