Housekeeping Services Are Responsible For Cleaning And Maintaining All Hotel Rooms. Interiors Include Cleaning A Complete Kitchen, Bathroom, Balcony, Bedroom, Living Room, Furniture, Art Decor, Windows, Creating Special Touches, Adding Special Equipment And Security In The Room And Changing. Linen And General Housekeeping.

Functions:

Housekeeper (AM/PM) - Cleans Approximately 14 Minutes Per Day, Which Includes: Making Clothes, Cleaning The Bathroom, And Sanding Furniture.

• Change Of Bedding (Blanket, Bed Sheet, Duvet Cover And Insert If Applicable On Specified Days)
• Remove And Replace Carpets, Including Under All Furniture, And Remove "Stains" From Carpets
• Clean And Repair Windows, Walls And Floorboards
• Clean The Terrace/Balcony, Walls, Floor And Furniture
• Towel Folding (May Require Special Touches Such As Folding The Towel In A Certain Way And Crimping The Toilet Paper On The Tissue)
• Clean The Doors Of The Room, Including The Front And Back Of The Door, As Well As The Walls Around It.
• Replace The Amenities In The Home
• Change Bath Towels/Shower Curtains, Bed Sheets, Etc. Replace Cups, Mugs, And Carafes When Doing Housework; Includes Coffee Filter Cleaning
• Change The Tree Cover If Necessary
• Carts/Baskets And Accessories/Cloths/Sponges Are Necessary To Restore The House
• Deep Cleaning Of The Bedroom And Bathroom On Certain Days
• Perform Overnight Prep Work For VIP Status And Specific Guests

Key Qualifications:

• Flexible/Flexible - Can Work In Different Modes, Conditions, And/Or Have Flexible Start/End Times.
• Proactive: Immediately Expresses Concerns And Responds To Situations
• Personal Protective Equipment (I.E. Shoes, Gloves, Goggles, Etc.), Hand Tools (i.e., Brooms, etc...), Power Tools/Tools And Disinfectants, Corrosive Chemicals, And All Cleaning Products Should Be Used.
• Some Jobs Require Additional Specialized Training In Ergonomic Techniques And Standards.

Access Requirements:

• Training Availability: 3-4 Weeks Of Full Availability (Days And Evenings) Will Be Required Immediately After The Start Date To Complete The Training.
• Additional Time Off (Vacation Or Unpaid Time Off) May Not Be Available Until The New Year.

Candidate Qualifications:

• He Likes To Clean
• Previous Experience In A Cleaning Environment (Primary Housekeeping, Kitchen/Restaurant, Or Other Street Cleaning Positions)
• Previous Experience In A Self-Directed Role Requiring Minimal Supervision/Supervision
• Knowledge Of Hawaiian/Japanese Language Preferred
