The Senior Product Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Cross-Functional Team Of Partners From Product, Engineering, Data Science, Business, And Senior Management To Develop Pro And Customer Focused Solutions. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Be Someone Who Has Demonstrated The Ability To Plan Experiments And Creative Value Propositions In Operational Scalability And Long-Term Improvements In Technology Stacks Designed For Future Value. They Will Conduct In-Depth Business Analysis, Communications, And Presentations At All Levels Of The Organization. The Senior Product Manager Will Also Demonstrate The Ability To Implement Change Management And Process Improvement.

• 10% Delivery And Execution - Coordinates With Key Engineers, User Experience Leaders, And Key Stakeholders To Ensure The Roadmap Is Identified And Aligned; Review Approved Solutions And Product Teams To Ensure Product Fit With Business, Team And End-User Needs.
• 60% Strategy And Planning - Link To Operational Programs Or Technology Portfolio To Support Results; Converting The Situation Through Leadership And Strategy For Organizations Using OCR; Lead Functional Product Research By Collaborating With UX Leaders, Specialty Engineers (DE), And Cross-Functional Teams; Creation, Planning, And Organization Of Activities To Ensure Coordination Between The Groups Involved (Input And Scheduling); Provide Visibility Of Operations By Providing Comprehensive Routing And Backup
• 30% Team And Associates - Partners And Executives Represent The Portfolio During Business Planning, Planning, And Research; foster collaboration Across Multiple Teams And Portfolios To Drive Value And Identify And Address Barriers; manage team Members' Work And Team Expectations To Ensure Their Scope Is Aligned With Product Strategy And Provides Training To Requesters To Determine Their Needs Based On Value And/Or User Experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must Be 18 Years Of Age Or Older.
• Must Have A Valid Permit To Work In The United States.

Minimum Education:

• Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Are Usually Obtained Through The Completion Of A Baccalaureate Program Or Equivalent Degree In A Work-Related Field Of Study.
• Minimum Years Of Professional Experience: 8 Years
