 Responsibilities

• Facilitate The Priority Title Rollout Of Their Localization Strategy To Execution With A Focus On Creative Excellence And A Seamless Member Experience At Scale.
• Manage And Act As The Main Point Of Contact For Globalization Regarding Local Content And Marketing Localization
• Centralize Localization Strategy And Maintain Accountability Across Teams For Launching Globalization Titles (Language Management, Writing, Etc.)
• Develop Relationships And Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Determine Content Localization Strategy For Local Tables Of Content
• Collaborate With Other Internal Globalization Teams To Collect, Analyze, And Report Data; look for Opportunities To Optimize Workflows, Inefficiencies, Or Member Issues Reported In Collaboration With Functional Teams
• Coordinate The Efforts Of Cross-Functional Teams Such As Dubbing, Content, Engineering, Product Writing, Product Localization, Language Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, And Design To Synchronize Development Efforts And Plans With Localization.
• Budget Ownership For Major Localization With High Touch Content In Close Collaboration With Regional Localization Producer
• Advocate On Behalf Of Globalization For Local Cross-Functional Stakeholders, As Well As Advocate For The Local Business Market And Needs Of Functional Globalization Stakeholder Members

Requirements

• 1-3 Years Of Experience In Localization Production Or Program Management Work On Language Introduction, Creative Content, And/or Subtitle Localization
• Solid Deep Knowledge Of Internationalization And Localization
• Working Knowledge Of Standard Localization Tools, Competitors, And Local Partner Environments
• Fluency In English Is Required
• Knowledge Of Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Or Mandarin Is An Advantage
• Bachelor's Degree In Localization Project Management, International Communication Studies, Or Equivalent Experience Preferred
