This Position Contributes To The Success Of Starbucks By Serving As The First Point Of Contact Within The Service Center For End User And Marketing Issues. Respond to Hardware/Software Inquiries And/Or Inquiries From Retail Locations, Regional Offices, And Massage Parlors Worldwide.
As A Desk Examiner - English / French, You:
- Provide Technical Assistance And Support For Incoming Questions And Issues Related To Computer Systems, Software And Hardware.
- Document User Issues, Troubleshooting Procedures, Resolutions, And Escalations Using Service Desk Tools And Resources.
- Maintain Consistent And Timely Attendance By The "Starbucks Attendance Standard For Contact And Service Center". Performs First-Level Troubleshooting On Hardware/Software Systems, Answers Questions And Provides Technical Solutions.
- Identifies And Escalates Issues That Require Immediate Attention From Incident Management And Service Desk Management.
We Would Like To Hear From People Who Have:
- Experience In Call Center Or Customer Support Supporting Various Hardware And Software Issues.
- Experience Using The Knowledge Base And Ticketing System.
- Experience Using Point Of Sale Systems.
- Familiarity With Many Hardware And Software Systems And Some Technical Knowledge
- Able To Communicate Clearly And Concisely, Both Orally And In Writing
- Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
- Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
- Team Member
- Ability To Provide Employees With Various Levels Of Computer Knowledge.
- Strong Technical Ability And Troubleshooting Skills.
