What I Do:
- Create, Develop, And Manage Relationships With Suppliers/Customers Using CGF Services
- Manage The Performance And Growth Of A Defined Portfolio Of Suppliers Vertically And Internally
- Develop And Implement Account Management Tools Such As Scorecards, Dashboards, And KPI Reports To Drive Continuous Improvement And Strengthen The Relationship.
- Support The Growth Of The Account Management Team Within CGF
- Supplier Experience And Drive NPS (i.e. Supplier Satisfaction) Across The Entire Supplier Portfolio Through Strong Partnerships.
- Define, Track, And Optimize Volume Growth And Drivers For Each Supplier Account
- Identify Opportunities And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Improve Internal Processes Based On Vendor Feedback And Disruption.
- Support The Resolution Of Supplier Inquiries And Problems. Also, Have Sales Escalations.
- Identify And Develop Service Improvement Opportunities To Strengthen Our Value Proposition.
- Contribute To The Development Of New Tools, Processes, And Technologies That Make Our Team More Efficient And Effective. Supports Operational And Innovation Initiatives To Achieve Business Objectives For Revenue, Performance And Profitability.
- Manage Multiple Priorities In A Dynamic Environment With Effective Communication And Effective Supervision.
- Create A Robust Process Improvement Plan That Drives Year-Over-Year Improvement.
What You Will Need:
- Significant Experience In Managing Large Accounts In The Logistics / Transportation Sector With Excellent Performance
