What To Do

• The Warehouse Team Leader Will Assist Your Supervisor In Managing And Overseeing All Warehouse Operations And Ensuring The Smooth Running Of All Events.
• Lead The Admissions Department And Ensure That Work Is Carried Out Efficiently.
• Delegate And Assign Tasks To Maintain a 100% Occupancy Rate. Help Manage Inventory And Organize Necessary Training Within The Department.
• Make Sure The Right Tools And Interviews Are Used. Ensure That Time And Activities Are Properly Recorded (E.G. Clocks)
• Be Responsive To Email And Verbal Inquiries Promptly.
• Manage Product Movement And Oversee Department Cleanliness. This Includes the Daily Garbage Collection.
• Other Services Are Provided.

What You Will Need

• Practical Understanding Of WMS Systems.
• Leadership And Motivational Skills, And The Ability To Make Decisions With Little Or No Guidance Or Based On Logic Or Logic.
• This Is A Ground Position That Will Include Physical Product/Physical Handling In Addition To Leading A Team Of Warehouse Partners.
• Must Be Comfortable Repeatedly Lifting To 75 Pounds Unaided And Moving Products Over 150 Pounds Unaided Or By Lifting One.
• Experience In More Than One Domain. Areas Of Work Include: Receiving, Inventory Management, Picking, Shipping, Shipping, And Product Returns.
• Experience Writing And Responding To Emails.
• Recommended Equipment Experience - Must Be Able To Work Or Be Willing To Be Trained In An On-The-Job (PITO) Operation.
• Experience Creating And Maintaining Systems Such As Trouble Tickets. 2+ Years Of Professional Experience.
• Must Have A Nice Visit.
• An Understanding Of Jumping Is A Plus.
